Bike fits are necessary tools to help you reach your fitness goals. They ensure that your positioning on the bike will enable you to have the most enjoyable, comfortable, and efficient ride possible.

Did you purchase a new bike? All of these issues can and should be addressed in a dynamic bike fit.
Vega is skilled in Accommodative and Optimal bike fitting and understands the biophysics of the asymmetrical body according to how it interacts with the symmetrical bike. Taking into consideration your personal physical limitations through a physical assessment, detailed riding history and goals, she incorporates adjustments to contact points on the bicycle as well as instructional corrective exercises and suggestions to help you as the rider make changes to bring about an Optimal Fit.
Vega has gone through the rigorous process of becoming a Level 3 Certified IBFI Fitter. This includes more than 480 hours of bike fit specific education and training, more than 1200 documented bicycle fits, as well as current medical licensing and continued education in anatomy and physiology. She is passionate about keeping up to date on fitting theory and how it relates to current bicycle geometry and equipment, and loves learning new tools to help make her a well-rounded technician and practitioner.

PRICING FOR PROFESSIONAL BIKE FIT SERVICES
Professional Bike Fit: $350 - includes one follow up session for fine-tuning within 90 days. Shims, and wedges are included if necessary. Recommended for riders who clip into their pedals. Additional bikes in the same session will incur a $200 fee each.
Enthusiast Bike Fit: $275 - includes one follow up session for fine-tuning within 90 days. Shims, and wedges included if necessary. Recommended for riders who do not clip into their pedals. Additional bikes in the same session will incur a $150 fee each.
Triathlon/TT Bike Fit: $450 - includes one follow up session for fine-tuning within 90 days. Shims, and wedges included if necessary. Recommended for triathletes and time-trials racers. Only one bike allowed per session.
Maintenance Bike Fit: $200 - this option is if your previous comprehensive bike fit was more than six months ago on the same bike and your cleat position does not need to be changed. If cleat positioning needs to be adjusted, a $75 cleat fit fee will be added. Prior “Professional Bike Fit”, “Enthusiast Bike Fit”, or “Triathlon/TT Bike Fit” required.
New Bike Sizing and Consultation: $200- for people who are looking to purchase a new bike and want professional guidance in finding the correct size. style, and brand for their needs. We assess geometry of your current bike as well as look at inseam and other parameters for sizing. A discount will be given on a fit for the new bike purchased.
Peloton Bike Fit: $300 - cleat positioning and comprehensive fit on your Peloton in your own home. Pricing is per person.
Cleat Fit: $75 - Installation of new cleats or installing cleats on new shoes.
