Bike fits are necessary tools to help you reach your fitness goals. They ensure that your positioning on the bike will enable you to have the most enjoyable, powerful, comfortable, and efficient ride possible.
A proper bike fit can make all the difference in the world. Are you looking to ride for longer periods of time with increased comfort? Have you been dealing with an old injury that causes pain while riding? Perhaps you have physical limitations due to surgeries or diseases that result in discomfort on the bike? Has your fitness level or flexibility changed in the past year? Planning on ramping up your mileage and want to prevent injury? Perhaps you would like to increase your power? Did you purchase a new bike? All of these issues can and should be addressed in a dynamic bike fit.
